Li Zhijun, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1968 in Heyang, Shaanxi Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a PhD in engineering, and is a senior engineer.
The current Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an University of Technology, in charge of the overall work of the school's Party Committee; Responsible for the Party Committee Office, President's Office, and Party Committee Organization Department (Party School, Rural Revitalization Office).
He has served as the Deputy Minister (Deputy Director) of the Student Affairs Department at Xi'an University of Technology, Director of the Party Committee Office and President's Office at Xi'an University of Technology, Minister of the Party Committee Organization Department, and Vice President of the Party School.
Appointed as a member, standing committee member, and secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an University of Technology in November 2023.
