Gao Yong, male, Han nationality, born in Xianyang, Shaanxi in May 1975, is a member of the Communist Party of China and an in-service graduate student. He holds a Master's degree in Management and is an engineer.
Current member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi'an University of Technology.
