Hei Xinhong, male, born in July 1976 in Yan'an, Shaanxi Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a PhD, professor, and doctoral supervisor.
Current member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi'an University of Technology. Responsible for undergraduate teaching management and enrollment, laboratory management, public art education, engineering training, and other related work; Responsible for the Academic Affairs Office, Laboratory Management Office, Physical Education Department, Public Art Education Center, and Engineering Training Center; Assist the principal in managing the personnel department.
He has served as the Vice Dean and Dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Xi'an University of Technology, as well as the Director of the Academic Affairs Office.
Mainly engaged in fundamental and applied research on artificial intelligence, system security, and their role in ensuring the security and intelligence of critical information infrastructure. Selected as a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation under the Shaanxi Provincial High level Talent Special Support Program, a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation among young and middle-aged people in Shaanxi Province, a renowned teacher in Shaanxi Province, the leader of the Shaanxi Province "Rail Transit Safety Guarantee and Intelligence" scientific and technological innovation team, an outstanding member of CCF, and also serves as the director of the Shaanxi Province Key Laboratory of Network Computing and Security Technology and the vice chairman of the Shaanxi Computer Society. I have presided over and undertaken more than 20 provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects, including key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, national key research and development programs, general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, support programs for returning overseas students of the Ministry of Education, and key research and development programs of Shaanxi Province. I have also commissioned more than 30 research and development projects from enterprises and institutions, published over 120 high-level academic papers, and authorized more than 50 national invention patents. Has won more than 10 provincial and ministerial level scientific research and teaching awards, including the Second Prize for National Teaching Achievements, the First Prize for Science and Technology of China Railway Society, the Second Prize for Science and Technology of Shaanxi Province, and the Second Prize for Science and Technology of Beijing Municipality.
Appointed as a member, standing committee member, and vice president of the Party Committee of Xi'an University of Technology in June 2024.
