Zhang Cunku, male, born in June 1970, from Liquan, Shaanxi Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a full-time university degree, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and an associate professor.
Currently serving as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an University of Technology, responsible for the work of the school's united front, students, Communist Youth League, safety and stability, retirement, and relevant work committees; Responsible for the United Front Work Department of the Party Committee, Student Work Department (Office), Graduate Work Department, School Youth League Committee, People's Armed Forces Department, Security Office, and Retirement Work Office.
He has served as the Deputy Secretary and Vice Dean of the Party Committee of the School of Mechanical and Precision Instrument Engineering at Xi'an University of Technology, Secretary of the Youth League Committee and Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Office, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Party Committee Office, Minister of the Party Committee Organization Department, and Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee of Xi'an University of Technology Crystal Technology Co., Ltd. In July 2021, he was appointed as a Standing Committee Member and Vice President of the Party Committee of Xi'an University of Technology.
Engaged in long-term work in party building, ideological and political education, and higher education management.
Appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xi'an University of Technology in May 2024.
