Liang Shuhua, female, born in September 1968, from Lingyuan, Liaoning, non partisan, PhD, professor, and doctoral supervisor.
The current Vice President of Xi'an University of Technology is responsible for the school's degree and graduate education, independent colleges, and other related work; Responsible for the Graduate School (Discipline Office, Degree Office) and the College of Higher Education.
He has served as the Vice Dean and Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Xi'an University of Technology, as well as the Director of the Academic Affairs Office.
Mainly engaged in research and teaching work in the fields of conductive material forming technology, integrated structural and functional heterogeneous metal infiltration technology, refractory metals, and powder metallurgy technology. Has led over 10 national level projects, including major research instrument development projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, key projects, and the 863 Program; Published over 200 academic papers in SCI, obtained more than 120 national authorized invention patents, and authored 4 monographs. Received 2 second prizes for national scientific and technological progress, 5 first prizes and 2 second prizes for provincial and ministerial level science and technology, and 2 special prizes for teaching achievements in Shaanxi Province.
